Booking conditions
Payment: shared cruises are paid in full to secure your seats. By paying you accept the booking terms: no refunds or date changes; if the cruise is cancelled for weather, a new date first, then a refund only as per the terms.
Your yacht: you sail on Princess Mary. If Princess Mary becomes unavailable at the last minute, the operator may move you to its other yacht, Portofino 88, at the same time and with the same package.
Rain and weather: the cruise normally goes ahead in rain, subject to the captain’s assessment. With an official weather warning or unsafe conditions, the operator decides, and we tell you as soon as possible if the cruise is rescheduled or refunded. Rain alone does not qualify for a refund if you choose not to board.
Other guests: you share the yacht with other guests, up to 36 on board.
Check-in: 3:30 PM. Late arrivals may miss the cruise: the yacht does not wait.
Towels: not provided: bring your own.
Add-on rides: Ferrari jet car RM50 (52) and Pikachu ride RM30 (31) per person, 5 minutes, added in the booking window.
Getting to the jetty: transport is not included in the price shown: ask us.

Where do shared cruises depart from?
Shared cruises depart from Royal Langkawi Yacht Club or from Jeti Pelancongan Pekan Rabu (also called Jeti Pekan Rabu or Pekan Rabu Jetty), depending on the package and departure. The three featured cruises (Premium and Standard Shared Eagle Magic, Non Alcohol Shared Amanpuri 2) depart from Jeti Pelancongan Pekan Rabu; the seven others from Royal Langkawi Yacht Club. We confirm your departure point, and where to meet, when we confirm your date.
What is included in a Langkawi sunset dinner cruise?
Our shared sunset dinner cruises leave Jeti Pelancongan Pekan Rabu in Kuah or Royal Langkawi Yacht Club, mostly from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM: a buffet dinner on board, drinks, time in the sea jacuzzi and the sunset over the islands. Alcohol depends on the package. Prices start from RM148 per adult at the DuitNow price. Muslim-friendly food, as described by the operator. Prefer a shorter cruise without a meal? The Basic RM99 cruise runs from 4:30 PM to 7:45 PM with non-alcoholic drinks and the sea jacuzzi.
What places are covered during the cruise?
Our cruises commonly cover Eagle Square and Pasir Dagang, Pulau Lintang or Pulau Tuba. The actual route is subject to weather conditions and the captain’s discretion.
Is alcohol included?
Alcohol is included on a free-flow basis in most of our cruise packages, unless stated otherwise. The Non Alcohol Shared Amanpuri 2 cruise includes no alcohol in your package; other guests on the same yacht may be served alcohol. The Basic RM99 cruise is alcohol-free for everyone on board: no alcohol is served and guests may not bring their own. On Premium Shared Super Rich, alcohol is one choice for the whole booking: every adult takes the alcohol package (RM250 per adult) or no one does (RM230 per adult); the operator does not take mixed groups. Alcohol is served to guests 21 and over.
On Super Rich, can some of us have alcohol and others not?
No. The operator of Premium Shared Super Rich takes one package per booking: either every adult in your booking has the alcohol package (RM250 per adult, alcohol served from 21) or no adult does (RM230 per adult). Children 4 to 11 pay RM200 and are not served alcohol. If only some of your group drink, other shared cruises such as Premium Shared Eagle Magic include drinks with alcohol for everyone at one price, or ask us for another cruise.
Is the food halal?
The operators describe the food on our cruises as Muslim friendly. The Basic RM99 cruise serves no meal, only non-alcoholic drinks. Ask us if your group needs details.
Is swimming allowed during the cruise?
Yes, subject to the captain’s instructions, weather conditions and overall guest safety.
What happens if it rains?
If it rains during the cruise, we normally proceed as planned, subject to the captain’s assessment. The captain will do their best to navigate to an area with minimal rain and more suitable weather conditions. If there is an official weather warning or unsafe weather condition, the operator will make the necessary decision regarding the cruise. Guests will be informed as soon as possible if the cruise needs to be rescheduled or if a refund is applicable. Please note that rain alone does not automatically qualify for cancellation, rescheduling, or a refund if the guest chooses not to board.
What should we wear?
Comfortable, casual clothes suitable for a day on the water. If you plan to swim, bring swimwear and a change of clothes.
Can we celebrate a birthday on a shared cruise?
Yes. You can bring your own cake and balloons on board, with no corkage fee. Decorations aren't possible on a shared cruise. For a decorated celebration, choose a private yacht.
How do I pay for a shared cruise?
Online on each cruise page: pick your date and pay by online banking (FPX) at the DuitNow price, or by card, GrabPay or Alipay at the standard price. Your seats are confirmed as soon as you have paid. Full payment secures your seats.
Is there a toilet on board?
Yes. Every shared cruise and every private yacht has a toilet on board. Each cruise page says what else is on board.
Can babies and young children join?
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome with a parent or guardian, who looks after them during the whole cruise. On a shared cruise, the child price and the age for a free seat depend on the cruise, and each cruise page shows them. Every child takes a seat, babies included, so count them when you book. On a private yacht the price is per yacht, and every guest counts towards the yacht's maximum, babies included.
Is the cruise suitable for elderly guests?
Yes, for guests who are comfortable stepping on and off a boat and spending a few hours at sea. If someone in your group has limited mobility, tell us before you book and we will suggest a suitable yacht.
Is there music on board?
Yes. Every private yacht has a speaker on board, so you can play your own playlist. Most shared cruises have music on board.
