Langkawi 7-Day Yacht Charter Check-In Process

• Upon arrival, please contact our base manager to arrange check-in.
• Only one member of your party needs to complete the check-in onboard. The rest of your guests can enjoy the marina’s facilities.
• A thorough walkthrough of the yacht will be conducted to ensure everything is in order.
• Please notify us one hour before reaching the base so we can prepare for your arrival.

Communication

A WhatsApp group will be set up with the base manager and the technical head for seamless communication during your charter. All requests should be channeled through this group.

Our staff is available from 8 AM to 10 PM. The base manager is on call during the night for emergencies.

Fuel, Water, and Return to Base

• The yacht will be delivered with full fuel and water tanks. Refuel before returning to the marina.
• Refueling options include the Petronas station at Telaga Marina or directly at the dock (based on the fuel gauge level).

Return Time

• Please return the yacht to the marina by 17:00 on the day before your charter ends. You will spend the final night onboard at the marina.
• Disembarkation is at 09:00 after the yacht check-out procedures.

Cleaning and Waste Management

• Cleaning: A cleaning fee is included, but the yacht should be returned in a reasonably tidy condition. Smoking is not permitted inside the yacht but is allowed outside.
• Garbage: Dispose of all garbage in the designated containers provided at the marina. Do not leave trash on the yacht or in marina areas.
