Booking conditions
Payment: shared cruises are paid in full to secure your seats. By paying you accept the booking terms: no refunds or date changes; if the cruise is cancelled for weather, a new date first, then a refund only as per the terms.
Rain and weather: the cruise normally goes ahead in rain, subject to the captain’s assessment. With an official weather warning or unsafe conditions, the operator decides, and we tell you as soon as possible if the cruise is rescheduled or refunded. Rain alone does not qualify for a refund if you choose not to board.
Route: usually Eagle Square and Pasir Dagang, Pulau Lintang or Pulau Tuba, depending on the weather and the captain.
Other guests: you share the yacht with other guests. Shared cruise yachts commonly take 30 or more guests.
Towels: not provided: bring your own.
Alcohol: not included in this package. The operator may run this cruise with a group that has alcohol, so other guests on board may be served alcohol.
Music: music on board on most shared cruises. Whether the sails are raised: ask us.
Own food and drinks: most yachts allow your own food and drinks, subject to the yacht’s policy: ask us first.
Getting to the jetty: transport is not included in the price shown: ask us.

Where do shared cruises depart from?
Shared cruises depart from Royal Langkawi Yacht Club or from Kuah town jetty (Jeti Pelancongan Pekan Rabu), depending on the package and departure. The three featured cruises (Premium and Standard Shared Eagle Magic, Non Alcohol Shared Amanpuri 2) depart from Kuah town jetty; the five others from Royal Langkawi Yacht Club. We confirm your departure point, and where to meet, when we confirm your date.
What places are covered during the cruise?
Our cruises commonly cover Eagle Square and Pasir Dagang, Pulau Lintang or Pulau Tuba. The actual route is subject to weather conditions and the captain’s discretion.
Is alcohol included?
Alcohol is included on a free-flow basis in most of our cruise packages, unless stated otherwise. The Non Alcohol Shared Amanpuri 2 cruise and the Basic RM99 cruise include no alcohol; other guests on the same yacht may be served alcohol. Alcohol is served to guests 21 and over.
Is the food halal?
Yes, all food served on our yachts and cruises is confirmed as halal by the operator.
Is swimming allowed during the cruise?
Yes, subject to the captain’s instructions, weather conditions and overall guest safety.
What happens if it rains?
If it rains during the cruise, we normally proceed as planned, subject to the captain’s assessment. The captain will do their best to navigate to an area with minimal rain and more suitable weather conditions. If there is an official weather warning or unsafe weather condition, the operator will make the necessary decision regarding the cruise. Guests will be informed as soon as possible if the cruise needs to be rescheduled or if a refund is applicable. Please note that rain alone does not automatically qualify for cancellation, rescheduling, or a refund if the guest chooses not to board.
What should we wear?
Comfortable, casual clothes suitable for a day on the water. If you plan to swim, bring swimwear and a change of clothes.
How do I pay for a shared cruise?
Online on each cruise page: pick your date and pay by card, FPX, GrabPay or Alipay at the standard price (seats confirmed at once), or by DuitNow QR or bank transfer at the DuitNow price (seats confirmed when we have checked your payment). Full payment secures your seats.
