Payment Terms

• Full Payment: Full payment must be made prior to secure a firm booking upon confirmation of the preferred activities. 
• 50% booking fee is required upon confirmation.
• Full payment to be paid 3 days before embarkation date. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Total payment amount is NON-Refundable in case of No-Show or missed the cruise
• Deposit is NON-Refundable upon booking cancellation or date amendment. 
• Weather Condition: Langkawi Cruise have the right to Change or Cancel any cruise or activities due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond control without prior notice for safety purpose. 

Right to Deny Boarding

• The captain and crew reserve the right to report to the authorities and Langkawi Cruise hold the right to end a cruise as soon if found any drug use, weapon possession and severe alcohol consumption while boarding a cruise with a minimum penalty of RM3000 fine. 

Loss/Damage of Property

• Passenger is fully responsible to pay for the overall cost of repair for any damage made on the property and/or the vessel.
