Payment Terms

• 50% booking fee is required upon confirmation
• Full payment to be paid before the embarkation date

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Total payment amount is NON-Refundable in case of No-Show or missed the cruise
• Reschedule: Minimum of 14 days for any reschedule; and depends on boat availability. There will be no refund in case of non-possible reschedule. 
• Weather Condition: Cruise will be continued in case of light rain. Rescheduling to new agreed date by both parties is needed in case of heavy rain or thunderstorms. In case of non-possible reschedule can be made, full amount of payment will be refunded. 

Right to Deny Boarding

• The captain reserves the right to deny boarding the cruise if passengers deemed to be intoxicated or under the influence of other substances. No refund will be provided.

Loss/Damage of Property

• Replacement of any loss or damage property should be borne by passenger on own cost. (fishing rod, snorkeling gear, kayak, paddle board, diving equipment)
• Vessel Damage: Passenger is responsible to pay for the overall cost of repair for any damage made on the vessel.
